Aritra Ghosal is the Founder and Director of OneStep Global. OneStep Global is an education management company based in India and Malaysia. It helps global academic institutions to land and expand across Asia through in-country representation and stakeholder management.

A graduate from the University of Sheffield, Aritra is an expert in overseas education, service delivery, and strategic management. Aritra has worked across continents with fortune 500 companies, early startups, and not for profit organizations.

OneStep global a leading market entry firm in South Asia is delighted to announce the joining of Mr. Siddharth Iyer as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Siddharth will be based in the Gurgaon office of the company, and he will be directly working with the founder and CEO of OneStep Global. Siddharth is a seasoned professional in the international education sector with over 16 years of experience. In his most recent role as Director of Partnerships at ETS, Siddharth played a key role in setting up operations for TOEFL in India. His career also includes significant contributions with Education New Zealand, where he advocated for New Zealand universities across South Asia, and as Country Manager for Domus Academy, a premier Italian design institution. Siddharth has further honed his expertise early in his career with leading organizations such as Pearson, NIIT, XSEED Education, and in corporate sales with IndusInd Bank. Beyond his professional achievements, Siddharth is passionate about writing blogs, reading, and traveling the world. He is driven by a vision to foster global connectivity and enrich India's position on the international stage. ‘It is a significant step for us as we strengthen our senior leadership and I have known Siddharth for a considerable period of time and am well aware of his competencies that will be useful for the growth of OneStep Global. Stephen Roach joins OneStep Global as Director of Business Delivery, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across Business Development, Strategy, Project Management, and Product Development & Launch. His career spans diverse sectors including Capital Equipment, Insurance, Language Testing, Education & Telecom solutions, equipping him with a strong cross-industry perspective.
Prior to joining OneStep Global, Steve has worked for companies like Pearson, MetLife etc. Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong execution mindset, Steve combines strategic clarity with hands-on operational rigour.
